Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the incumbent must be able to operate equipment in compliance with production, quality, and safety standards, while carrying out his/her tasks in accordance with the company's vision, doctrine, and code of ethics.

Job description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assembles and disassembles parts according to their respective assembly;
  • Assembles, installs, and positions cutting tools;
  • Performs quality control on machined products;
  • Applies and complies with safety rules, our policy, and our quality system at all times;
  • Performs all other related tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector;
  • Experience in aeronautics is an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Good knowledge of various measuring instruments;
  • Certification in the safe use of an overhead crane is an asset.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Good sense of responsibility;
  • Proactive, autonomous, and meticulous;
  • Rigor and discipline;
  • Ability to function in a changing environment and to work as part of a team.
